Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 80100 platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these terms, and the platform reserves the right to deactivate the account in question at any time.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential;
- Ensuring no third party accesses your account without authorisation;
- Notifying 80100 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Keeping your personal information current via your account settings.
80100 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the 80100 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following prohibitions apply to all users:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable legislation;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Sharing your account or granting account access to any third party;
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive content intended to deceive other users;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including transaction manipulation or identity theft.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 80100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for users in Malaysia. The platform supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX online banking, and approved digital wallets.
Deposit
The minimum deposit is subject to limits set by the platform and may change from time to time. All deposits are processed automatically upon confirmation received from the relevant financial institution. 80100 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of the bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process where required. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between 1 to 5 business days under normal circumstances. Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name.
The platform reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or a breach of these terms, and to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
80100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Providing false or inaccurate registration information;
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Being under 18 years of age at the time of registration or use of the platform;
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means.
